❓What Causes CONNECT?
The UIU is currently attempting a synchronization routine over the PLC network. This is a normal transitional state.
Root cause: Normal pairing/sync process. The UIU sends periodic PLC queries to the meter base.

Do not press any buttons. Wait up to 30 minutes for the handshake to complete.
