🔧 How to Fix Conlog Error 30— CIU Keypad Communication Breakdown
Error 30 means: The CIU keypad has lost the PLC or RF communication link with the external meter completely. Fix: Unplug CIU, plug into wall socket closest to DB board. Turn off all other appliances (especially inverters, LED lights). Reset by pressing # or BLUE button. Wait up to 30 minutes for reconnection.
❓What Causes Error 30?
The CIU keypad has lost the PLC or RF communication link with the external meter completely. Similar to E07 but indicates a more severe or persistent disconnection.
Root cause: Severe PLC signal noise from SMPS devices, long wiring distance, carbonized junction points, or RF interference from thick walls.
